i) Rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and is inclusive of 10% Service Charge.
ii) You will be provided a confirmation of purchase of this package once full payment has been successfully performed

iii) No amendment nor cancellation after purchase of the said packages will be allowed, however Pic2Go will assist you for transfer as credit or name transfer.
iv) This offer is only valid within the resort and neither the resort nor Pic2Go is responsible for any changes to event(s) outside the resort.
v) Any change to the purchase will incur additional charges.
vi) Please be informed, there will be no monetary refund for any cancellation and/or changes.
vii) In the event of no-show for whatever reasons, your full payment for the duration of the package will continue to be charged; this can be avoided by letting us know
in advance – we are here to assist you.
viii) The rates offered are rates tailored for an event, these rates may not apply for other dates.
ix) No food and beverage are allowed within the resort’s property (corkage and loading fees will be imposed).
x) We reserve the right to change the above package when it is no longer tenable for us to host you under unforeseen circumstance(s).
xi) Any events organised by the resort &/or Pic2Go may be cancelled &/or postponed due to weather inclement.
xii) We recommend full compliance to safety guidelines when taking part in any of the activities organised by the resort, please be informed that you accept your own
risk(s) when participating in these activities, the resort shall not accept any responsibility for any losses or injury sustained by anyone.
xiii) Race participants, please ensure you are adequately insured by your event organiser when participating in any event organised outside the resort, we recommend
you are adequately covered with a reasonable Personal Accidental Insurance for the event you have signed up for, which will start the coverage from the moment
you leave home, making your way here.
xiv) Guests will be responsible to bear any additional costs besides those stated above in the package(s) and no credit facility will be extended.
